CONCENTRATION
QUESTIONS
1. What is the central idea of your concentration?
- My central idea was to focus on the theme of “Elements”, such as air, fire, wind and water. Other than just drawing or painting regular scenery element pictures, I want to go deeper into it and elaborate it more, such as making them into people or make them symbolize something.

2. How does the work in your concentration demonstrate the exploration of your idea?
- It demonstrates it in different ways in each piece. Ex: "Father Nature" is a piece that depicts nature as a man who is suffering by the hand of human beings. While "Palm Isle" is a piece where we, humans, hold the earth in our hands.

ABOUT ME
From a young age, I have always valued art over many things. Waking up everyday and watching my childhood shows on the TV or even looking at the graphics on my T-shirts and bookbags pushed me to become an artist. At first it was just a simple hobby for me to draw to pass time, but then my grandmother saw my talent and told me to pursue this hobby of mine and make it become a reality. After this realization, my goal in life, other than being closer to God, is to become one of the best Graphic Design and Animation artist in history!
After going deeper into the art of Graphic Design from my teacher, Mr. Freeman, I’ve been trying my hardest every day to finish my work on time but also make it to show that I put my heart and soul into it. Graphics just came easily to me, like it was a second language. Without it, I don’t see a successful and happy future for myself. Since I love it so much, it would be best for me to pursue it instead of pursuing a boring desk job that pays well. For that very reason, I don’t just want to be a Graphic Design and Animation artist just for the money perks.
I want to be the artist that everyone looks up to because it makes them smile, laugh, and even cry whenever they see or experience my work. I would like to move the hearts of my audience/ customers because that’s what brings me joy. I believe that if you want to take on this profession, you have to love what you do, because if you don’t all that love and effort you didn’t put into it will reflect onto the audience/ customer in a negative way. This will forever be a life goal for myself, and I can’t wait to share my art with the world!
This fall I will be attending GSU ( southern not state) and majoring in either Graphic Design or Business !
